The Bamboo Solutions Knowledge Base Solution Accelerator Explained

Jeff Kozloff oversees the Web Part and Components Division of the Bamboo Solutions product portfolio and has over 12 years of experience in the SharePoint field. In “Knowledge Base Solution Accelerator: New SharePoint 2010 Release Offers Improved Performance and Usability,” Kozloff shares information about the Knowledge Base Solution Accelerator (KBSA). Kolzoff explains:

KBSA provides end users with published, expert certified corporate knowledge in the form of articles, grouped by categories, and searchable based on associated metadata. In the latest release, marked as Release 2.2, Bamboo has improved performance and usability. (NOTE: The following updates are available only for the SharePoint 2010 version of KBSA.) With improved performance in the KB Tree View, users can quickly navigate through the various categories of related articles by expanding and collapsing the nested levels.

Instructions and screenshots for using the application and installing the software, or upgrading if you’re a current user, are provided. KBSA seems like a valuable solution.
